NYC faces an affordability crisis that is crushing families and straining the city’s economy. Brad has been an affordable housing leader for decades. With Brad as Mayor, New York City will build more housing, make sure it is genuinely affordable to working families, invest once more in affordable homeownership, and protect tenants. Brad is also deeply committed to expanding child care and afterschool for working families.
