Three Parks Independent Democrats Endorses Brad Lander for Mayor
Upper West Side democratic club’s endorsement deals blow to Scott Stringer on his home turf
NEW YORK, NY — Today, Three Parks Independent Democrats endorsed Brad Lander for Mayor. The democratic club has organized on behalf of candidates and issues across Manhattan’s Upper West Side for nearly half a century. Three Parks’ endorsement comes just one week after another powerful Upper West Side organization — the Upper West Side Action Group — backed Lander for Mayor.
"Three Parks Independent Democrats is proud to endorse Brad Lander for mayor," said Lorraine Zamora, Three Parks Board President. "Brad is the mayoral candidate who can beat Eric Adams. He has the experience, leadership, and integrity to make our city more livable, and protect New Yorkers from Donald Trump's authoritarian agenda."
“I’m honored to receive the endorsement of the Three Parks Independent Democrats, one of the most important democratic clubs in New York City,” said Brad Lander. “Securing this endorsement adds to our campaign’s momentum as we continue to build upon the broadest coalition of support of any candidate in this race and share my vision for a safer, more affordable, better run New York City.”
The group’s endorsement adds to Lander’s wide coalition of support that includes NYC Public Advocate Jumaane Williams, Brooklyn Borough President Antonio Reynoso, State Senator Liz Krueger, and others
